·Facilitates programs and services for NCAA member institutions and NFL member clubs.

·Provides day-to-day management of three employees and six independent contractors.

·Develops proprietary educational products, services, and events for high school, college, and    

 professional athletes, coaches and administrations.

·Increased Troupe21 revenue by 18% annually over a 20-year period. 

National Football League, Vice President Player & Employee Development, 1997-2003 

·Trained, managed, and led seven internal staff members, 32 NFL team employees, and ten 

 program consultants.

·Managed $20,000,000 annual player development budget for approximately 2,000 active and   

 25,000 former NFL players.

·Improved program participation by 39% over a six-year period; promoted three times during 

 employment tenure.

·Chaired Player Development Steering Committee.

·Appointed as the inaugural chair of the NFL’s Corporate Diversity Council. 

·Created and implemented the following programs for active and former NFL players: NFL/NCAA 

 Life Skills Speaker’s Bureau, NFL High School Coaching Internship Program, NFL Europe 

 Coaching Program, NFL Credit Management Assistance Program, NFL Player Networking Event,   

 NFL Rookie Symposium.

National Collegiate Athletic Association, Enforcement Representative, 1991-1997  

·Investigated NCAA schools to ensure regulatory compliance; conducted investigations related 

 to impermissible recruiting inducements, extra benefits, and academic fraud. 

·Analyzed major trends in intercollegiate sports with a primary focus on reducing competitive 

 advantages; developed cutting-edge investigative tools and strategies for field investigators.

·Processed five major infractions cases during tenure; managed NCAA Big Brother/Big Sister 

 outreach for elite basketball and football student-athletes.

·Created and coordinated NCAA Top Prospect Program that serviced approximately 250 highly 

 recruited basketball and football student-athletes.

·Conducted compliance seminars for athletes, parents, coaches, administrators, etc.
